The internship program is designed to provide students engaged in a field experience with an opportunity to share their insights, to explore the links between students' academic preparation and their fieldwork, and to assist participants in developing and carrying out the major research project which will serve to culminate their internship experience. As part of the internship experience, students are expected to take an active role in finding an appropriate position for themselves in Japfa Vietnam.
Japfa Vietnam welcomes final year students from College, Universities in the field of Agriculture to do internships at the company's swine farms and poultry farms to support students to gain practical experience and apply their acquired knowledge to the job.
Every year, Japfa Vietnam signs MOU agreement and recruitment programs with universities and colleges across the country. This is not only an opportunity to develop human resources, but also an opportunity to support career counseling and meet the internship needs for students.
