Control the activities of the pig farm (PS) system (brood stock, gilts, piglets) to achieve the department's goal and improve performance.

Develop annual plans and targets to deliver strategic priorities andcorporate plan in Vietnam to ensure a long-term and strategicpositioning of the Company’s brand in the market

Accountable for delivering KPIs: (i) Farrowing rate, (ii) Mortality duringlactation house, (iii) Weaning P/S/Y, (iv) Consolidating Company marketand brand position with high quality of Piglets products etc, (v) Managing overall health status of the stocks taking into account the various risks, (vi) In line with Company philosophy, to be the most efficient producer inthe market

Accountable for effective people management of the Vietnam team onmatters such as training ,development and motivation in line withperformance management ,competency framework and objectives
