Senior board of directors of Japfa group visiting Vietnam
The delegation, led by Mrs. Lim Hwee Hua – Non Executive Independent Chairwoman, paid a working visit to Vietnam on November 10th and 11th. During the program, the Group directly surveyed PS colored chicken farm in Binh Duong, swine farm and animal feedmill in Binh Phuoc.
At the meeting, Japfa Vietnam leaders provided an overview of the company's production and business activities. The representatives highlighted the process of developing concentrated livestock production with a focus on biosafety from factory to farm, ensuring the supply of safe products to the domestic market.
Following the visit, Mrs. Lim Hwee Hua shared “I am very impressed by the dedication of the different team members and the amount of thought given to every part of the supply chain, especially for biosecurity”. She expressed her confidence in Japfa's development in Vietnamese market if the business meets and maintains to produce consistent food items in a safe manner.
Japfa Group first established its presence in Vietnam in 1996 through a joint venture with state-owned Vietnam Livestock Corp. Over 27 years of development, the company has successfully implemented a closed Feed-Farm-Food process, optimizing resources and striving for sustainable value chain development.
