On May 13,  Employee Conference 2022 of Japfa Vietnam - Dong Nai branch was held at Aurora Hotel with the participation of Ms. Nguyen Le Kim Phuong - Member of the Central Executive Committee of Bien Hoa City Labor Confederation, Mr. Pham Van Tuan - Head of HR & GA, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang - HR Manager of South, Chairman of the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Trang - Chairman of Dong Nai Trade Union 1&4 and 40 delegates representing more than 2,000 employees.
The conference discussed and reported business activities in 2021 & operation direction in 2022; the implementation situation of Collective Labor Agreement in 2021. Despite facing many difficulties in production and business, the company has overcome challenges to successfully completed production plan in 2021, enhanced working conditions and employees lives thanks to the right direction of the Board of Directors and consensus of all employees.
At the event, Chairman of the Conference also received and responded to recommendations and suggestions of the employees, thereby called on Dong Nai branch employees to be united and determined to complete the company’s business plans in 2022.
