On July 22, the project of Sales effectiveness was officially kicked off with the attendance of Mr. Clemens Tan - Commercial Director of South Asia and Indochina, Mr. Arif Widjaja - General Director and managers of related departments and more than 100 sales team members in Nha Trang city.

The project aims to optimize business operations and improve self-efficacy to provide a better customer experience. The program has been implemented with the pilot participants being the animal feed sales team in 5 provinces of Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, Tien Giang and Ben Tre in December 2021. Up to now, the program has achieved many positive results, proceeding to apply in the South and nationwide in the coming time. The company also awarded to the employees participating in the project during the pilot test period.

In the framework of the program, the sales team also participated in a motivational training session led by Dr. Le Tham Duong.
