Kick off the Sales Force Effectiveness project in North
On August 5, the Sales Effectiveness project was kicked off in Vinh Yen city, Vinh Phuc with the participation of Mr. Clemens Tan - Commercial Director for South Asia and Indochina; Mr. Hoang Phan Tan - Chairman of the Members' Council; Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong - Deputy General Director, leaders of functional departments and more than 100 members of the North feed sales team.
In the kick-off, Mr. Clemens Tan shared his experiences accumulated in more than 30 years of management and execution in the agriculture industry. Mr. Nguyen Chi Cong especially introduced outstanding individuals who are persistently working hard and bringing success to the organization and to themselves. Not only clearly outlined the upcoming strategic priorities of the company, but the senior leaders also inspired and motivated participants for the purpose of positive and flexible change management. Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, Business Development Senior Manager gave an overview of the project initiatives, implementation stages, cross-functional collaboration, etc., especially emphasizing the importance of a proactive approach and optimization mindset for personal development, customer satisfaction to help the company stay ahead the competition.
During the program, some salespeople from the South shared their successful cases and valuable experiences during the Pilot phase. It is obvious that if the sales team has a sense of urgency, accountability, and teamwork to achieve their goals effectively, then the new customer segmentation model should be useful.
Following the kick-off of the Sale effectiveness project is the training program on “Customer Segmentation and Insight-based selling”, which is going to be organized on August 13-15 and August 25-27 at Huong Canh factory, Vinh Phuc. These first activities are conducted to equip the sales team with systematic sales models and frameworks in the process of standardizing the sales process.
